Punjab police arbitrarily arrested one of my YouTuber friends, @Nikhilsingh21_
(Desidudewithsign) from Jammu, for exposing rampant prostitution near the LPU University campus, which is owned by AAP MP Ashok Mittal

Nikhil had gone to a shop to get some documents photocopied, when Punjab police quietly arrested him there. Now they are trying to take him to Punjab.

I need your help, Nikhil will be tortured in Punjab because the FIR was made just to harass him for the expose.

In this arrest, the police haven't given Nikhil or his family any notice or other legal documents yet.

Before this, on March 3, the Punjab police had attempted to arrest Nikhil. They had come to Nikhil's house early in the morning, but Nikhil was not at home.

On March 3, the FIR copy given to Nikhil's family had someone else's name on it, with IPC sections 295A, 153, 153A, and section 3 of the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act applied.
