Current Status: Under Categorization

The new application is now going through MARN's categorization process, which will help determine the next regulatory steps required for the project.

Víctor has confirmed that he has continued following up with the relevant authorities, reviewing the previous observations, updating documentation, and monitoring the new application.

Although the process has taken longer than initially anticipated, the local team has continued working to address the regulatory requirements and move the project forward.

I've attached a screenshot from the government platform showing both applications and their respective statuses for reference.

We will continue monitoring the process and share additional updates as soon as we receive a response from MARN."

I believe this is getting sorted out and had to do with the failed uploaded documents. They sumbitted a new application. Please share any updates on your side.
