Through the #HiInnovator program, we’ve witnessed what happens when a woman is given structure, support, and the right environment to grow. The journey isn’t instant it’s built step by step. From refining ideas, understanding the business better, navigating challenges, to slowly gaining clarity, confidence, and direction.
