Now THAT'S how you celebrate Global Running Day.
Scottsdale Civic Center was buzzing last night as runners showed up in force for an incredible event hosted by Phoenix Run Club and lululemon.
The energy was high, the weather cooperated, and runners of all ages and abilities came together to celebrate. A huge thank you to Phoenix Run Club and lululemon for putting on such a fantastic event and allowing Spooner to be part of the action.
Whether you're training for your next race, chasing a new PR, or simply enjoying the miles, Spooner is here to help keep you healthy, moving, and doing what you love.

Global Running Day done right!
Last night, we had the opportunity to join an incredible community of runners at Hundred Mile Brewing for a Global Running Day celebration hosted by Sole Sports and Nike Running. It was a great reminder that running is about more than miles... it's about community, movement, and connection.
Thank you to Sole Sports, Nike Running, and Hundred Mile Brewing for bringing the running community together and allowing Spooner to be part of the experience. We're passionate about helping runners stay healthy, move well, and keep doing what they love.
Happy Global Running Day!

Last night was another great Student Learning Night at Spooner.
What made this one especially fun? Our founder, Tim Spooner, jumped in alongside Joe Escobedo to help lead the evening's hands-on lab. Seeing students learn directly from clinicians and leaders who are passionate about their craft is a reminder of what makes our profession—and our culture—so special.
The session focused on building confidence with hip and knee mobilizations and manipulations through clinical discussion and plenty of hands-on practice.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and continues to make these evenings such a valuable learning experience.

June is Hand Therapy Month, and we're celebrating the Spooner experts behind upper extremity rehabilitation.
A hand therapist isn't just a specialist for the hand. They are highly trained clinicians who evaluate and treat conditions affecting the entire upper extremity—from the shoulder to the fingertips.
Pain. Injury. Surgery. Nerve conditions. Arthritis. Recovery after fractures.
Hand therapists help people regain function, restore independence, and get back to doing what they love.
Meet Tara and discover what makes hand therapy such a unique specialty.

Don’t just guess; measure it.
We use VALD Force Decks to assess strength, balance, power, and movement quality so athletes train and recover with real data.
