Identifier #4 is not consistent across all P. cubensis mushrooms, however the first 3 identifiers are.

This picture is a great example of a mature Psilocybe cubensis mushroom, as it shows almost every factor which can be used to identify a Psilocybe cubensis mushroom.

1. Blue bruising on the stipe (indicates the presence of psilocin)
