@OpenGymAnunoby Had a time where inspection disclosed potential basement leaks. I drafted an amendment to provide warranty for first 2 yrs of ownership. Agent recommended against it as it was “too pushy”. Guess who client followed. And who had massive leak w/in 30 days of close. $100k issue.
