Let's just say I watch lots of baseball. Have written for @MLB, @Complex, @DimeUPROXX, @Classical, @Cut4, @FinishLine, @ChampsSports. Wed to @like_the_state.
As the father of an autistic son, I was honored to talk to @RaysBaseball star @elpitbull47 about how he dyes his hair blue in honor of his son, Elian. (Super nice dude too!) https://t.co/WV6Gg1W8si
Thrilled to write for @mlb about the process behind @Lindor12BCโs third signature cleats for @newbalance, which combines so many of my interests I canโt even count them all. (I love these shoes, by the way) ๐ฅ https://t.co/fpqOCEUfr8
Happy @Topps Day! I wrote for @mlb about the process to pick the design for their 2026 Flagship set, celebrating the 75th anniversary of Topps baseball cards. (It takes 15 months!) https://t.co/wxNAzhHutr
@elizmuratore@ClaireMPLS@guardian Haha, you're right. It's a good article, I respect the legwork! I will say that it leaves out (for example) the entire Knicks team was injured by the end last year, Joakim Noah was a depleted husk by age 30, and Thibs literally almost killed Luol Deng. https://t.co/imna5R4sVn
Happy heavenly birthday, Arturo. For Gatti fans, #boxing fans, and fans of murder mystery docs, there's a 3 part doc called "Thunder", now streaming on Amazon @PrimeVideo, that I would highly recommend. It offers an investigation-based counter-conclusion to the Brazilian suicide story ... a narrative I have NEVER bought into. You can hear some of my thoughts in the three episodes.
@HeHateMe2_0 I think Kentucky for me the most out of the teams you mean, but it was mainly some of their fans that annoyed me. (Not all!) I rather liked Calipari actually, and loved some of their players.
@HeHateMe2_0 When I was down there, it was obviously UNC. But by the end of my 4 years, I was over it. The teams needed each other, it was fun. Plus, I'd see all those guys (Jamison, Peppers, Forte, etc.) around town & they were all pretty cool. Brad Daugherty in particular was a lovely guy.
