Love exceeding expectations. Raptors, Leafs, Jays, Argos & Roll Tide! Also @connect4golf Location mkting analytics for sports is my biz.

[Tom Hawk @SportsFanTOR]

@AlabamaFTBL Why is holding legal for #LSU? #NCAA #SEC

[ANTHONY.H @A_MH94]

@AlabamaFTBL Love the offense vs offense game but defense is going to win it. got to stop letting daniels run all over us I love milroe but he's prone to throw a pick at some point defense has to be better in the second half!

[Tom Hawk @SportsFanTOR]

I cannot watch this #Jays team for a week or 2. I am getting way too upset.

[Mike Wilner @Wilnerness]

#Bluejays load the bases with one out in top1 and score a run - Daulton Varsho with a sac fly to deep centre.

[Tom Hawk @SportsFanTOR]

This #Jays team is becoming embarassing. Under performing to the max!

[Tom Hawk @SportsFanTOR]

#Jays managers have been slow to get bullpen up and going, so they are not ready when needed. This has cost them several times. Not acceptable!

[Mike Wilner @Wilnerness]

Seager with a huge 2out double to deep right-centre and we've got a ballgame.

What once was a 6-0 #Bluejays lead is now 6-4 bot4.

[Tom Hawk @SportsFanTOR]

@DamoSpin Knocking out the leagues top stars is Never a boost for national rating. The NHL scam is to promote new new local markets not national growth. This style of hockey enables this. Btw I switch to Jays every year after Leafs are out. I can watch and support this type of hockey.

[Tom Hawk @SportsFanTOR]

Hypocrisy is huge today w/ #LIV "merger" & this #NHL farce has gone on for years. I am glad/hopeful this conversation is heating up. The stat keeping the #NHL from real growth, it's the only league with the majority of it's stars knocked out of playoff in 1st 2 rounds each year

[Liam Arbuckle @LiamArbuckle]

@DamoSpin It is beyond infuriating ! Hockey has two versions of itself and hence why it's on the bottom of the big sports in North America. Regular season where the rules apply and then the post season they don't. Sam Bennet has gotten away with murder until the finals.

[Tom Hawk @SportsFanTOR]

AWESOME! after that ridiculous bad strile call. #MLB ump was trying hard to change the outcome. TOO BAD for them, Valdy came thru!

[Mike Wilner @Wilnerness]

Charlie Ramos is getting an earful from #Bluejays skipper John Schneider, who he just threw out after making an AWFUL call on the first pitch to Vladdy.

"You've been calling S*** for us, you've been calling S*** for them," Schneider said, among other things.

I’m at the game. Everyone saw the puck unquestionably over the line how is that not a goal? Please someone tell me.

[Tom Hawk @SportsFanTOR]

@DamoSpin And they cannot even be "fair" when Leafs are down and almost out.

[Tom Hawk @SportsFanTOR]

Will the same refs do any more games? ESPECIALLY the one that has big issue with Sheldon Keith. Its been brewing for many years. #NHL

[Jen @tavmcknythews]

We slapped Tampa 5-0 in game 1 last series. And they won that series. Just thought I’d put that out there.

[Tom Hawk @SportsFanTOR]

Absolutely this was the turning point. Phantom call was correct. Only to be called against Leafs #NHL

[Stats Sundin @statssundin]

The Leafs were atrocious in this game but the turning point is definitely the Leafs making it 3-2 and then getting a phantom slash call against which allowed Tampa to score on the PP... which they also committed an infraction in.

Refs were 1000% factors in this game.

[Tom Hawk @SportsFanTOR]

I called it to my friends. And yes it happened.

[Down Goes Brown @DownGoesBrown]

3-2, no Hedman, crowd rocking... Whole new game now.

Only downside is Leafs are 2/2 on the powerplay, so game management means the Lightning get the next three calls.

[Tom Hawk @SportsFanTOR]

There is no mention on any media about the fictitious panelty that led to the 4th goal. It shifted momentum. Why was that a penalty? TOTAL #NHL BS!

[Adam Seaborn @AHBSeaborn]

Chris Chelios on ESPN

“Absolutely terrible officiating. Worst in a while”

[Tom Hawk @SportsFanTOR]

This was the same last year. #nhl

[Tom Hawk @SportsFanTOR]

There was something off with the refs tonight. This maybe why.

[Tom Hawk @SportsFanTOR]

Thank you.Bang on! #NHL does not care about subjective refs. SAME AS LAST YEAR!

[M. Passion @DutchMatrix6IX]

@AHBSeaborn He’s right. These refs are going to turn this series into a clown show of special teams. At least Half the calls have been atrocious

[Tom Hawk @SportsFanTOR]

It started with a fictious head hit and z mismat h of penalties 2:1

[Bruce Arthur @bruce_arthur]

Upon reflection, all in all, that might be the worst period of playoff hockey I've seen this Leafs team play.

[Tom Hawk @SportsFanTOR]

Refs won that and by extension the Lightning. #NHL BS!

[Michael Augello @MikeInBuffalo]

Can you think of a worse scenario for the #Leafs after Game 1....questionable goaltending, questionable discipline, one (possibly two) players facing suspension. #Disaster
