1/2 I hate to leave this account hanging, especially since I built it up for more than a year, but I don't see a reason to keep it going if the KP has closed.
I'm willing to write freelance articles for whoever is interested, just reach out to me, @JohnRenfrow for inquiries.
The City of Kokomo needs help conducting the Kokomo Christmas Parade on Saturday. We need people to be Parade Area leaders to check in floats & queue them. Click below for information. If you have any questions, contact Susan Alexander at 765-210-6507

@SportsKP John thank you for all your support. Your writing and coverage has been spot on. Thank you for always being supportive! We will miss working with you and KP!!
I am incredibly sorry to hear this. You have done an outstanding job of reporting on our school and athletic program fairly and with integrity! The Taylor community thanks you for everything! Best of luck, John!
Breaking news: I've just been told the Kokomo Perspective is closing. It's been an honor and privilege to tell your stories for the past year and a half. Kokomo is such a rich sports town that it was always easy to find a gem of a story here. Thank you for reading.

Sure hate to see this happen! The perspective has always done a great job with the news but from my end sports. Appreciate you allowing me to take pictures for the paper at various times. We have enjoyed reading the local coverage! Please know you will be missed!
So sad to hear! It was always great to read about sporting events around town in the Kokomo Perspective. Thank you for all that you have done for HCA and all local sports!!
