@ammandev Incredibly silly take. What if players that aren’t good enough to win the league want to play for us? The top players need to be convinced to play for us because we haven’t been successful over the last decade. Saving the club money doesn’t help us win.
@FrankEra_ When city have a better midfield next season and you’re scratching your head why, remember that you were worried about saving money for one of the biggest and most profitable clubs in the world.
@BenVolin Don’t think I’ve ever said that Ben Volin is spot on but he is here. Have to wonder how you give up a first for an aging player that has declining stats and had his knee drained twice a week just to be able to play. Oh yeah and no other reported teams were in for him. Yikes.
@BOSSportsGordo Gaslighting is incredible. Who believes John? He clearly chose not to spend money on quality players but now he’s worried about the team? Save it. No actually sell it.
@StretfordPaddck@AdamMcKola@JoeSmith93 Smh what on earth excites anyone about Baleba? Done absolutely nothing and hasn’t played well. They need players to help them win the league smh.
@johnaokane74 Missing Keanes point entirely.
While he did misquote him, the circus comment is valid. The unserious nature of the club trying to get an assist record and no mention of we’re disappointed we didn’t win the league is a long way from our dominant days. Winning is the only mission.
