Some of us had to learn trading the hard way, with no mentor, just YouTube and a few people along the way giving us some direction. So making it to our first payout after all those struggles means a lot.

I had this same problem in June. The pressure to make money made me feel like I had to catch every move, and I ended up performing woefully.
What fixed it was simple: I stopped trying to make all the money at once. I started taking only the setups I considered high probability, the ones that met my rules so clearly that I didn’t have to convince myself.
If you already have a system, it should have a checklist. When one or two important confirmations are missing, consider the setup low probability and leave it alone.
It won’t be easy. Some of the trades you ignore will still play out, and that might tempt you to abandon your rules. But study them over a large sample and you’ll understand: maybe only 3 out of 10 low-probability setups work, while 7 out of 10 of your best setups do.
You don’t need to catch every move. You need to protect your capital and be ready when your setup appears.
Take the pressure off yourself. Trade less, but trade better.
I hope this helps ❤️
