.@TMobileHelp Store #1855 in Pompano Beach, FL sold my 82-year-old mother a scratched iPhone14Pro Max. She didn't open it until she got home & saw screen was scratched. When she went back (2 days later) they wouldn't replace it. Took advantage of her & gave her a damaged phone.
