Finally getting around to posting some daily STEM challenge photos! These were houses that my kindergarten classes built. Very proud of their creativity and participation!

#WildWednesday Tried a few times to get a good photo with my pup Zelda! She's decided it's play time and she loves helping fold clean clothes... 💕🐶 #MPVirtualSpiritWeek
Here's my #TravelbackTuesday a little late... 1. My first day of kindergarten. 2. Me at 7 years old (second grade) with my Gameboy. #MPVirtualSpiritWeek
@__MrsBurton That's true! Mine is the opposite, last year my students were able to pick up on Google Slides and BookCreator almost independently. But this year we are taking slower steps and modeling to prevent frustration! I'm glad your class is enjoying Gimkit! #mpcschat
A5: Being deliberate about when to use technology in the classroom. Making sure the integration of tech tools are meaningful and not used for every single lesson. Also, having discussions about tech use at home. Encouraging Ss to spend time with their families/friends. #mpcschat
A4: That is a tough question, I learn more about technology at PDs and through online classes. I've tested it out myself, then I try to implement it into the classroom. But much like @SolarczykMusic , it is trial and error for me. Trying to figure out what is best. #mpcschat
@MsSW62463674 Exactly, and it's a good place to start in the classroom. Not using technology for every lesson, and being intentional when assigning tasks on Chromebooks. Even with daily whole group instruction, it doesn't all have to revolve around technology. #mpcschat
A3: It means limiting technology throughout the day. Work emails answered mostly during work times, turning off notifications at times, staying off social media to spend time with family. Purposefully taking time to balance both technology and real life tasks. #mpcschat
