@Delta totally unacceptable. I’m trying to modify my upcoming trip and the website states that I must call a number and than when I call, I am told that you are too busy to help and hangs up on me. Top notch awful customer service you got there.

@united as a mileage plus and explorer card holder...I am disappointed with flight 3749 this evening. The WiFi never stayed connected and of course that’s the only form of entertainment on the flight.

@united thanks for delaying and than un-delaying flight 3784 from IAD to AVP. So I could rush to the gate to board(which was a whole another issue) to sit on the plane for over an hour for no apparent reason.

@dominos unacceptable that it takes 35+ minutes for the delivery driver to leave you store to drive 2 blocks to deliver a pizza. Still waiting and I bet my pizza will be cold now.
