@Qantas it is so frustrating trying to book a flight on your website. Selected the flights and got to payment page for it to crash and lose all my details and the flights prices goes up when I try again. Unacceptable!

For those that don’t cite or reference, it’s their lost of self respect and dignity led by narcissistic behaviours.

A lot of my career (and much of our work here at Paper Giant) has been about helping organisations understand the customers and communities they serve, so they can make better decisions (and ultimately, better products, services or policies).

For the progressive nature of MVPs, lean agile and frameworks focus of speed for “fast food” insights perpetuates biases with shallow value.
