The most shocking customer service I’ve ever received @KLM:delays mean 100s stuck after misconnections Amsterdam. Staff won’t rebook/online booking NA/all flights overbooked/KLM just saying book your own hotel and “wait for email”- can’t get suitcase/maybe 2 days till next flight
