@ConnorStacy3 And what about Alex Peretti? Was his murder justifiable in any manner? Was mag dumping an unarmed man held down on the ground reasonable to any extent?
@ConnorStacy3 1. It was actually just confirmed that there was no hospital visit by the agent
2. They can’t do that without a valid reason to get her out of the car, let alone to forcibly remove her.
3. She was letting vehicles pass before she tried to leave
@ConnorStacy3 She didn’t hit him. They don’t have authority to bypass due process and order her out of the car without any reasonable suspicion of anything. And if the officer is scared of a car going 2 miles an hour in the opposite direction from him, maybe he shouldn’t have a gun.
@ConnorStacy3 I’m not gonna pretend like I know what her intent behind yelling that was, that’s easy to misinterpret. Could’ve been telling her to just go and get away, could’ve been telling her to run into him, I don’t know. Regardless, he still shot her after he cleared the suvs path
@ConnorStacy3 She didn’t hit him lol. The video shows her letting cars pass then she tries to get out when they got out of the car and tried to forcibly remove her, the agent cleared the cars path then shot into it. Iirc it’s classified as a homicde
