Τί είδους εξέλιξη είναι αυτή που ακυρώνει τα κοινωνικά πρότυπα που προασπζουν το περιβάλλον ανατροφής ενός ανυπεράσπιστου παιδιού;

Η απόφασή του ΣτΕ βασίστηκε στο επιχείρημα της "συνεχούς εξέλιξης της κοινωνικής
πραγματικότητας που περιλαμβάνει διάφορα οικογενειακά σχήματα και όχι απαραίτητα δυο ετερόφυλους γονείς επιτρέποντας ακόμα και την υιοθεσία απο ένα πρόσωπο, έγγαμο ή άγαμο!"

Πώς είναι δυνατόν αυτή η δήθεν εξέλιξη να εξασφαλίζει το βέλτιστο συμφέρον του παιδιού είναι απορίας άξιον!

Προσωπικά θεωρώ αδιανόητο ένα πρόσωπο, έγγαμο ή άγαμο όπως και ένα ομόφυλο ζευγάρι να μπορεί να προσφέρει την οικογενειακή θαλπωρή με τους διακριτούς ρόλους που παρέχει το πρότυπο της μητέρας και του πατέρα.

Αφήνουμε ασφαλώς στην κρίση του κάθε πολίτη την ανακοίνωση του ΣτΕ που αναφέρει πως με αυτή του την απόφαση δεν θίγονται οι παραδόσεις της Εκκλησίας!

Πότε η Εκκλησία αποδέχτηκε τον γάμο των ομόφυλων ζευγαριών και την επακόλουθη υιοθεσία των παιδιών; προφανώς όσοι επικαλούνται αυτές τις Παραδόσεις δεν έχουν την παραμικρή σχέση με την Θρησκεία μας.

Είναι πασιφανές πως αυτή η απόφαση δεν εξυπηρετεί την διατήρηση του κυττάρου της κοινωνίας μας αλλά προάγει την διάλυσή του δυναμιτίζοντας με επίσημο τρόπο τους οικογενειακούς δεσμούς.

Ως ΝΙΚΗ, θεωρούμε πως το βέλτιστο συμφέρον του παιδιού βρίσκεται στην αγκαλιά της μητέρας και στην στοργή του πατέρα και όχι σε διάφορα άλλα νεοφανή κοινωνικά σχήματα.

Καλούμε όσους υποστηρίζουν αυτή την απόφαση να αναλογιστούν πώς θα ήταν η ζωη τους αν οι ίδιοι στερούνταν τον εναν γονέα και μεγάλωναν με δύο μπαμπάδες ή δύο μαμάδες.

Κανένας Νόμος δεν μπορεί να υποκαταστήσει την Φύση και καμία απόφαση δεν μπορεί να επιβάλλει στην Κοινωνία τη δημιουργία "οικογένειας" θέτοντας σε κίνδυνο την ψυχική υγεία ενός παιδιού.
