@RollerCoasterRn Rockit had ratcheting ARBs however were held up going up the lift via magnets. I can’t tell but maybe the chain broke? If the chain broke they were SOL.
@RollerCoasterRn While I’m not familiar with this specific model, my experience leads me to strongly believe that there is a backup to avoid this exact scenario. I don’t know of any vertical lift coasters that don’t have/offer a procedure in place to avoid this.
@blueambient87 Except they are trapped in the car. In that position, they simply can not just release the lap bar and be escorted down stairs. The ride malfunctioned and the backup to get them up and over the lift so this exact scenario doesn’t happen, failed. This is on the park

@RideManDave@RCXcyclopedia It just seems like a museum dedicated to roller coasters would have been better off in a tourist heavy area where they can at least attempt to open up, make money, and expand.
