We celebrated our May students of the month today at our final academic assembly. The Spring Creek staff is incredibly proud of our students. It has been a great year of learning & they have been an awesome group of students to work with. Their future is bright! #1SEP

Students had the opportunity to purchase a “Build A Rocket” experience from the PBIS store. These students spent their hard earned PBIS points on a chance to think like a NASA engineer. Thank you to Mrs. Gulling and Ms. Pinegar for facilitating this student experience. #1SEP
“You scream, I scream, We all scream for ice cream!” Wow, what a turn out for the Spring Creek Ice Cream social! We enjoyed seeing our students and families as we wrap up a terrific year. Thank you to all of our staff volunteers that helped make the event a success. #1SEP

As this week comes to an end, We must take a moment to say thank you to our teachers & support staff who have worked tirelessly since last August to make sure every student received the level of academic support they needed. Spring Creek is blessed with a truly dedicated staff.

Students & staff have been celebrating Black History Month by participating in a variety of activities. Today we highlight the team research project that all Rams Way classes completed. Students worked together to research & create a display for their influential person. #1SEP
Spring Creek's Jr. Achievement's BizTown combines in-class learning with visits to a simulated town. Students experience operating banks, managing restaurants, writing checks & voting for mayor. They can connect the dots between what they learn in school & the real world. #1SEP
This week Mrs. Rogers’ classes attended @JACentralIowa BizTown. We’ve been teaching our students leadership skills & this was a great opportunity to practice! Thanks to our teachers & parent volunteers for making this learning opportunity possible for our students. #1SEP
Students used their hard earned PBIS points to join a Holiday Baking Challenge after school today. The task was to be creative to bake and decorate a festive cookie. Teachers will cast their vote tomorrow to declare a winner. We had a lot of laughs and made some new friends.
