Once you have taken a Collateral Loan by pledging your SDB Tokens, it is important to regularly monitor your loan status and the Tokens you have pledged as collateral.

Today, let’s look at 5 practical habits that can help you manage your SDB Tokens more carefully.

1. Check Your LTV Ratio Regularly
 As the market price of SDB Token decreases, your LTV Ratio may increase. Regularly check your LTV Ratio in the App.

2. Pay Your Interest Within 12 Months
 Unpaid interest within the 12-month period may be added to your loan balance and can increase your LTV Ratio.

3. Open Your Margin Call Email Immediately
 Before liquidation occurs, SDB will send a Margin Call Alert via email. When you receive the alert, check your loan status immediately and take the necessary action in time.

4. Don’t Wait Until Your LTV Reaches 80%
 If your LTV Ratio is already increasing, it is important to take action early. Repaying your loan and applying for a new loan may also take time, so you should not wait until the last moment.

5. Review Your Loan Terms in the App
 It is important to understand how the rules regarding Liquidation, Liquidation Fee, and Shortfall apply to your Collateral Loan.

Taking care of your SDB Tokens does not start only after taking a loan. Let’s build the good habit of monitoring regularly and taking timely action.

If you have taken a Collateral Loan by pledging your SDB Token, it is important to regularly check your loan status.

❓What is the LTV Ratio?

 LTV (Loan-to-Value) Ratio refers to the ratio between the amount you have borrowed and the value of the SDB Tokens you have pledged as collateral.

LTV Ratio = (Loan Amount ÷ SDB Token Value) × 100%

Your LTV Ratio can increase when:
 • The market price of SDB Token decreases
 • Unpaid interest from within the 12-month period is added to the loan balance through compounding interest

❓What happens when the LTV Ratio reaches 80%?

Once your LTV Ratio reaches 80% (Liquidation Threshold), the system will automatically initiate the liquidation process. There is no grace period, and once liquidation has started, it cannot be stopped.

The pledged SDB Tokens will be automatically sold to cover the outstanding loan balance, and a Liquidation Fee will also apply. If the proceeds are insufficient to cover the loan balance, you may be required to pay the remaining shortfall.

❓So, what should you keep in mind?

 Regularly check your Loan Balance and LTV Ratio and pay your interest as early as possible. When you receive a Margin Call Alert, make sure to take the necessary action without delay.

This Thadingyut, let’s enjoy music together while supporting the educational dreams of children displaced by conflict. ✨

On October 23 at 7:00 PM Myanmar Time, @SpringDevBank and @SpringCrowdFund will host the online “Keep Their Dreams Alive” Thadingyut Charity Concert 2026.

Artists Abnormal and Extant, along with special guest The Circle, will be performing at the event. The concert is organized to collectively support the education of children displaced by conflict in Karenni State.

Proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to the “Keep Their Dreams Alive” campaign by South Shan State Kayah Liphu Youth, hosted on the SCF platform, to support the educational expenses of displaced children. In addition, part of the proceeds will go toward covering the costs of organizing the concert and supporting the revolutionary artists and professionals who are contributing their talents and expertise to make the event possible.

By purchasing a ticket, you can not only contribute to the education of displaced children, but also support the artists and professionals who continue to stand firmly for what they believe is right.
