@NSWEducation Today, as part of our Education Week celebrations, students from our primary classes worked with infants and support classes to participate in a range of fun activities together.
The buzz around the school was full of fun and excitement! Photos to come! #EdWeek20
Delighted to see so many of our students, especially our new Year 7’s volunteering their tune on a Saturday morning for the first Cobbitty Animal Nursery of the year. Well done!! #publicschoolproud

Our very first Community of Schools learning hub tonight with a strong focus on oral language & phonological awareness in the early years. An amazing turnout with such dedicated early childhood teachers @Clarke4535 @kate_hall4@kellycostlow71 @PsElderslie @SpringFarmPS @mawarraPS
Loved sharing our learning with our early childhood educators. 1st of 4 community of schools hub sessions, sharing practice to improve student outcomes. A strong focus on phonological awareness sets our Ss up for success. @PsElderslie @Clarke4535 @ksmith5582@SpringFarmPS
Students in Stage 1 STEM Club had a great time exploring elastic forces this week and used their new knowledge to construct catapults using paddle pop sticks, spoons and elastic bands.
How do we know what dinosaurs actually looked like..? Well Stage 1 Dinosaur Club gave it their best go. They modelled what they thought dinosaurs could have looked like using skeletons and clay!
STEM/Construction, Drama, Movie Making, Dinosaurs, Art/Craft, Cooking, YouTubers and LEGO Masters.
They allow our Ss the opportunity to interact with Stage One Ss that aren’t in their class and put into action the social skills they worked hard to develop through lessons in T2.
Stage One have commenced “Stage One Clubs” and we are definitely excited!
Students are in mixed groups and have the opportunity every Friday afternoon to engage in our clubs which are based on interests they have chosen themselves.
Thanks to team member Vicki for this gorgeous pic from her daughter's aptly-named 'KCheerful' class @ Spring Farm Public School, as they celebrate Ed Week. We love developing resouces for teachers + students in schools! #edweek19#NSWDoE#AussieEd
