Walk on through the dark because that's where the next morning is.

Normal service resumed both on the pitch and social media.

As you were......

[David 🏐 @Spring_steen]

@laurennUTD Ah Vinted, some people scroll through TikTok and other social media platforms - not me - Vinted is the place for me.

Guaranteed absolute obscurity with a sprinkle of insanity.

Saw a limited edition purple Haribo jelly on there for €10 before 😳

[David 🏐 @Spring_steen]

Nebraska on in the kitchen.

My good lady walks in "Oh f**k is everything ok?

@springsteen #Springsteen #Nebraska

.....and yes, everything is ok 😁

[David 🏐 @Spring_steen]

@AnneErickson Saw Sinead O'Connor once. A crowd of only a few hundred. She had us in the palm of her hand.
Unbelievable voice.

[David 🏐 @Spring_steen]

@BrianDu90631959 Unbelievable Brian - absolutely numbing stuff.
A likeable & talent musician.

Ah Kilkenny, Drive All Night 💔

[David 🏐 @Spring_steen]

This is numbing 💔

[Today FM 💛 @TodayFM]

Irish musician Glen Hansard has died at the age of 56.

The Dublin singer-songwriter was best known as the frontman of The Frames, his work with The Swell Season, and for the Oscar-winning song Falling Slowly from Once.

Our thoughts are with Glen's family, friends and all who knew and loved him 💛

[David 🏐 @Spring_steen]

@BrianDu90631959 Seasoned pros Brian. Great weekend for you guys.

[David 🏐 @Spring_steen]

@seanmcd11 He's a joy to watch, youth is wonderful, no fear, throwing two fingers up at the history books and the nay sayers.

[David 🏐 @Spring_steen]

@helllolucy Get yourself up to Croker next Sunday - Ladies All Ireland Finals are on. Can't promise you the emotion or the fairytale from yesterday but it will be a great day nonetheless.

[David 🏐 @Spring_steen]

@SineadSineady That's fairly bang on the money Sinead. Thanks.

It just hit a little harder this weekend because regardless of who contested the finals there was always lengthy discussions and analysis afterwards.

[David 🏐 @Spring_steen]

Lost the old man a couple of weeks ago.

Evenings like this evening are where there are gaps.
The phone would be ringing around now, "well, what did you make of that?" is how he would start the conversation.

He wouldn't have begrudged ye that win.

#Mayo #AllIrelandFinal

[David 🏐 @Spring_steen]

@R_o_M I'm a veteran of United in the 80s being starved of league titles, I never witnessed any like this.

I'm not even from Mayo & it was impossible not to get emotional as the clock counted down to the final whistle - a young, fearless and energetic side ripping up the script.

[David 🏐 @Spring_steen]

@stuckydog Doing grand, thanks. Miss his punditry on days like yesterday.
He delivered a no filter version that certainly wouldn't be sanctioned by RTE.

[David 🏐 @Spring_steen]

@DeclanBurke2 Much appreciated Declan.
