So my little brother has been bullied at work by this girl and some 2 other guys their names are Zamokuhle and prince at work. Today he called crying so bad 😭💔 that he was beaten at work. We decided to go there, we only found her other one was off other one who hit him was no where to be found so we asked why is he still working while he just hit someone as he supposed to be suspended. They said they are waiting for the manager, this girl her name is Busisiwe she’s an assistant manager at MRP Sandton. She is the one of the people that are bullying my Brother it has been months now. Guys No matter what you do, do not choose @Vodacom for home internet. You will regret it!! Horrible service from the sales department to customer service, none of them care about their clients. 🚮
@Vodacom that got all my details, I told Sivuyile from customer service that I wanna inform them that I do not get double billed and he hung up on me. Horrible service from Vodacom.
@Vodacom I was on the line with Zanele for 12min and she could not tell me what the update is. I then requested for her to transfer me to another department to make sure that next month I do not get double billed for both products,guess what I just spoke to Sivuyile from Vodacom customer
@Vodacom Luckily there was someone at home. This was last week Tuesday. I have not heard back from Vodacom or VUMA to tell me when the installation will be done. I called today and the customer service agent from the Fibre department did not know what the update is
@Vodacom back if it gives me further problem instead of logging it for a repair. I then decided to change to fibre and migrate my contract. I made an application for fibre, and they said I have coverage for VUMA, and they delivered the router unexpectedly without calling me first
@Vodacom I’ve had such a terrible experience with Vodacom, I am an existing client with the home WiFi which has been giving me problems for the past month, the call centre is useless they keep on transferring me back and forth. I went to the store, they checked it and said I return.
@Vodacom No matter what you do, do not go for Vodacom home internet. Terrible connection, useless customer service, you speak to a robot and the line cuts. They don’t even care about the bad service, reviews on hello Peter are horrendous.
