“What works today may not work tomorrow.” Never truer than on social. As social channels continue to evolve, how do you make sure you’re using them to their fullest potential? #SproutSessions
People like people, not corporate robots. Open, real and authentic is the way to succeed on social. How do you demonstrate your authenticity to your audience? #SproutSessions
Watching a brand try to be “cool” or “hip” is like nails on a chalkboard to me. How do you recommend pulling off pop culture references without looking like you’re trying too hard? #SproutSessions
It looks like all brands should take a page out of Lenexa’s government handbook. Target. Personalize. Take concerns seriously. Be accountable. Repeat. #SproutSessions
Does anyone prefer reaching out to an organization by phone anymore? Seems like social, chat and email are now the de facto communication channels for customer service. #SproutSessions
Happy to be joining the live chats for #SproutSessions this year! Come hang out from 10am-10:25am to share takeaways and chat all things social with @Kwagg and I. See you there!
A6: When the ask could jeopardize a customer relationship, when a customer hasn’t been using your product or service long enough to see results, or when the story isn’t compelling. Otherwise, I’m of the case-study-all-day school of thought. #SproutChat
A5: Case studies are featured on websites and used by sales teams, but they’re worth showing off to the wider world. Push them on social and encourage employees to share them on their own networks. *cough Bambu cough* Sharing is caring. https://t.co/BaPjcaRsIg #SproutChat
@HilaNir Especially hard to cut out things that you think are great but don't necessarily support the overarching story you're trying to tell. #SproutChat
A4: It’s what comes after the writing that’s hard. You need approval from customers, their bosses, their legal departments, etc. It’s difficult to keep things moving. Be ready to reach out often and make plenty of copy changes. Case studies aren’t built in a day. #SproutChat
@RachaelSamuels Tuff stuff. It can be hard to cut, but at the end of the day, you don't want to lose your audience. I'd lean toward a lower word count. If you find yourself writing thousands of words, it may be time to split that bad boy up into multiple case studies. #SproutChat
A3 (2): Don’t just list bullet points—tell a story. Keep your copy clean, snappy and spare. I get a kick out of this one: https://t.co/8cb6klvxj3

A3 (1): Case studies aren’t art, but can be written artfully. Zero in on problems solved and positive results, but aim for something you’d read regardless. #SproutChat
