Frog is used mostly as discard outlet. Archon and Oculus make fair card advantage not as necessary.

I just hate Jewel Shops.

Especially brutal for non-blue brews. Every game devolves into a "will my Null Rod resolve" slot machine.

Been tuning Lands in Vintage and its a lot of fun, but i'll probably drop it for this reason.

Boseiju is just a ridiculously cracked card. You need green sources and there is no drawback to it. Effect also costs 1 mana with Six in play and is recurrable with Loam.

@IamActuallyLvL1 DiscoverN is to me the Vintage Goat. Not much competition.

If I work on a specific deck, I can achieve the highest winrate rather reliably, even if the deck isn't very good (no surprise there).

But that wouldnt make me the Goat. Not close. It's a different thing altogether.

Not that there aren't problematic cards being printed. But the final assesment must come after there has been sufficient effort at adaptation, and the meta is still excessively warped by a new strategy.

Most of the time, when someone complains about a new deck or card being broken, they are showing their unwillingness to move from their preconceived notions of how the game should be, rather than accepting how the game actually is, and what tools exist for the situation.

5-0 First try with Vintage Green Lands

Took a list from @IamActuallyLvL1 and tweaked to fit my understaning of Vintage and Lands.

There's a lot of changes that could be made, and other ways to build Lands, but the most competitive lists shouldn't be too different from this imo.

This time I played quite well, just got hit by many sick draws from my opps.

@OfKirl In a lot of matchups (Forge, Lands, Doomsday, etc). But the main idea was vs Ocelot Pride, because your entire plan is to Waste + Tabernacle them, and they will often fetch a basic, which means you have to find a GQ to lock them out completely.
