@Dreythebeast@DiscussingFilm From where I've been sitting, my BEST conclusion is that most of us have been burnt before when it comes to female protags, since most are used as a political vehicle than an actual person.
Mind you, I'm speaking as someone who thinks this would make perfect sense as a spinoff.
@DiscussingFilm Not too sure what's going on in that third picture (weird snapshot guys), but for a God of War spin-off, this might be interesting... Y'know, see how she met Kratos in the first place? We know she got together with him, but not the how or why.
@CvatikPhoto Oh yeah, this guy's a huge YouTube star. Dude made a shit-ton of memorable stuff. Ever heard of the Rolling Giant? He's the guy that made that thing popular.
(Note: I did want to specify 'made it popular', because he didn't technically MAKE it.)
@guyfelicella While I may disdain the whole concept of various things giving people 'the ick' (mostly just because it seems to end up being used for guys who do the most generic fuckin' things), in this case?... I get it. It makes sense.
@OmeJeje Oh no, that part sounds 100% believable. I've yet to meet a woman who DIDN'T have a degree of interest in other women...
No, I'm being serious here, that's just my own observations.
@SilverFan101 This argument is flawed, because airbenders- technically speaking- CAN fly. It just requires certain criteria to be met; that criteria being a detachment from the material world.
@levant5329 I had to kinda re-read this for a second, cuz like, it seemed to be denying that they were decent people. Like, I got halfway through, and my brain went "Hey wait, something's not adding up--"
@EllieGold2004 I mean, there ARE people who have the necessary skills (speaking as one such person myself), but it's really a matter of finding someone you can TRUST to both take good care of you, and not overstep any boundaries.
