@HolmbergSmith @ingridoliver100 Hi . We did it just like this . Left the rhubarb soaked in a sainsburys gin . Left for about 6 to 8 weeks . Then use a Muslin cloth to drain it thru. Not a gin drinker but was bloody nice and fell up the stairs rather than down after glass 3. Twat 🤣
