I make French-language movie & TV recaps with my own original voiceover and commentary, which is transformative content that's explicitly listed in your own "do's" for the YPP. I already appealed, waited a month, reworked my content, and reapplied, but got denied again with no specifics on what's actually wrong. Could a human please do a real manual review of the channel? I genuinely can't fix something when what I'm doing matches your own guidelines. 🙏

Hi, I applied for my Silver Play Button but it was rejected because my channel was linked to another account that had been terminated.

That other account has now been fully reinstated and is active again (no strikes, fully compliant). I already contacted support with case [5-2330000041498] and they reviewed it again, but told me I still have to wait 90 days for a re-review. (case closed)

Is it possible for the specialized team to do a new manual review on the 100K subs channel now that both accounts are clean and in good standing? I’d really appreciate it!

I live in university housing where over 50 students share a single public IP address (Carrier-Grade NAT). It looks like an automated system falsely linked my account to someone else's rule-breaking on our shared network.

I officially escalated to the EU’s Appeals Centre Europe under the Digital Services Act.

Submission successful (screenshot attached).

I have NEVER had any channel terminated before. No strikes. No warnings. This is a clear AI false positive.

YouTube keeps giving only copy-paste replies and refuses to provide any specific reason.

Hi @TeamYouTube, hoping someone can escalate my case to the internal review team for a real fresh review, not just another check of whether my appeal was approved or not.

My channel Pixel Minds (around 90K subscribers, monetized in YPP since 2023, English-language film recap Shorts) was terminated under the Circumvention policy on May 17. My appeal was denied. I've contacted support multiple times and every reply has been a template stating the decision is final. None has engaged with the actual issue.

The Circumvention policy requires a previously terminated channel that the new channel is circumventing. I have never had any YouTube channel terminated. At the time of deletion, Pixel Minds had zero active strikes and zero open warnings. The precondition for this policy simply does not exist for me.

I live in shared student housing in Belgium, where many residents use the same internet connection. I suspect an automated system linked my account to an unrelated terminated channel via shared IP. I'd love for a reviewer to manually verify whether any actual ownership data (recovery email, recovery phone, AdSense ID, payment method) matches between my account and the channel I was linked to. If those don't match, this is not circumvention.

What I'm asking for: actual escalation to a human reviewer who looks at the case fresh, not another agent confirming the appeal decision. I'm a real creator who has put years into building this and would much rather resolve this directly with you than through external routes.
