@ZachBurrell10 Absolutely. Though I've had to one shot a player for doing some incredibly stupid stuff, I find the illusion of a challenge is much better than actually killing players. Make them walk away from the fight wondering how they will continue. But at least they walk away.

Finally got ahold of customer support after another couple hours on hold. Issue has been resolved. While the representative was incredibly helpful, I can't help but be disappointed by the initial handling of the issue.

@TeamStubHub How is it acceptable to charge me for tickets lost by UPS? And how I am supposed to talk to someone to get this resolved if you leave me on hold for hours. (Last call I was on hold for 4 hours before I had to hangup.)
