However, I've also seen a ridiculous amount of people who missed blatantly obvious things that were shown or explained in the movie, so I'm pressed to believe some of it is the audience being dumb.

sorry for the long ass tangent, I just hate the weird black and white of it. I think people wanting the ability to trap and kill what are essentially ancient sea creature gods don't make a lot of sense, but I do think we should be able to kill the small things killing us

avoid getting shot at or rushed while just doing things with no long term solution it's just annoying and unrealistic that even a researcher would not resort to violence to survive and fend off some of the smaller creatures that are trying to snap me up lol.

@guiltyspanxs @Pirat_Nation for the most part I guess, hard disagree when it comes to mango variants. they are incredibly annoying to me and I think it's dumb you can't kill those. I'm full team immortal leviathan though.
