Thanks @MarriottIntl @MarriottBonvoy @Marriott for being less accommodating this weekend for the @NBKnobbs @jerrysags. Room issues to begin with. Knobbs had to change rooms at 1am. Then to top it off they wouldn’t give them the 2pm late checkout that is advertised on the member page! We spoke to 2 rude employees this morning 3/17. One apparently the manager on duty. Only to be told they would charge an extra day after 1 pm. We’ve used Marriott for every signing we’ve had! Will have to rethink this going forward! Sounds like a shitty business move to lose multiple bookings in a year to charge an extra day when we just needed 1 hour. Also refused to help with luggage. Be Better!
