@DrutangReborn@koreanjewcrypto Bro look up Bobby Lee’s brother (just so you can see what he looks like, if you know how he is personality wise, even better)
Dude was 2nd in state for wrestling LMAO
@ZONKEDonX @GhostGone420 mother was just threatened with seizure for just short of $1,400 for her first year of not filing taxes after successfully filing taxes every year for the last 25 years. I took care of it before it got anywhere serious, but the fact she even received that notice is insane to me.
@peoplevariety@DrutangReborn@UNVAXSPERM Easiest way i can imagine is DL coinbase, buy SOL, transfer SOL into phantomwallet. Then choose the browser tab to the bottom right in the Phantom Wallet App, search Jupiter Swap, then use that to swap SOL in wallet to $UNVAXSPERM. Hope this helps
it’s counterintuitive but me eating MORE actually is when I tend to be the leanest
no matter what, I pretty much always eat real, unprocessed Whole Foods. getting at minimum 180 grams of protein per day, most times more than that. (I’m around 220 lbs)
& I think most people have it backwards when it comes to fat loss.
I want you to consider two different scenarios:
Scenario 1: guy eats 2400 calories, gets himself in a 4-500 calorie deficit. tired, grumpy, workouts lose gas as he tries to cut”
Scenario 2: guy eats 3400 calories, not in a deficit per say but feels “full” and has way more energy. Goes into the gym and absolutely CRANKS a few times a week.
The 2nd scenario is much more advantageous in my opinion.
“Calories In Calories Out” is absolutely true - and if you want to lose weight / get lean, you absolutely need to eat less than you burn. (This is basic, undisputed science)
But the piece people miss is they never really factor in “calories out”
because it’s much harder to track.
but I’m telling you, eating a bit more, having the energy to go walk more every day, be active, and most importantly add strength in the gym is a far easier and infinitely more enjoyable way to lose fat.
Counting every calorie and limiting what you can eat is a race to the bottom - and the biggest piece of what will make a diet successful is how long you can maintain it.
so not focusing on how little you eat - and moreso focus on eating well, giving yourself quality nutrition and fuel so you can go EXPEND as much energy as possible, get stronger - is way more effective for most people.
Because they won’t fall off the wagon. You starve yourself, grumpy, low energy, it’s an negative feedback loop - and the stress builds up until people eat way more when they give up “restricting themselves”
Eat more. Eat high quality food that promotes health and metabolism. Try to eat 1 gram of protein per lb body weight. Have the energy and vitality to go get after it in the gym, get stronger, go walk, play sports, be active.
Don’t blame carbs or fat for what being sedentary has done to you. And don’t fall into the sterile gerbil lifestyle counting every gram of lettuce you’re “allowed” to eat. Trust.
“When you decide to better yourself you'll immediately begin hearing the commentary of negative people attempting to suppress your growth.
Your spirit irritates their demons. The action you're taking toward your goals is magnifying the inaction they've taken toward theirs.
They will be subtle in the beginning by offering you foods that work against your nutrition plan, questioning the training program you're on, and telling you that you shouldn't overdo it.
As time passes, they will begin encouraging you to become discouraged. Planting seeds of negativity they hope will blossom into apathy so they can keep you in the box they like you in.
My advice?
If you have self-respect, you'll cut them loose just as fast as they turned on you for wanting to become a better version of yourself.
You might disagree with me and think that it's the responsibility of positive people to help bring up negative people, and to those of you who feel this way, I wish you the best of luck.
I feel differently.
My changes didn't happen from others forcing their energy upon me, it came from time, and realizing things from the inside out. Don't always think the effort you're placing into a negative person is going to turn out positively. What you'll find more often than not is that you're placing energy into someone who isn't willing or ready to place any energy into themselves.
Our time is limited on this planet. Be mindful of who you choose to spend it on. If you're being positive and those around you are content being negative, find new people to be around.”
