@kettleinho Thanks for your tweet! Unfortunately all our restaurants closed down earlier this year, our pies are now exclusively available to eat at home from most major retailers. Sorry about that!

@Locko8668 They are only guidelines and each oven is different unfortunately we cannot provide instructions for every oven. When pies are over spilling its best to turn the temperature up and reduce the cooking time. Sorry again for the issue you've had.

@Locko8668 Thanks for your tweet! We're sorry you've had trouble cooking our pies! We have to say we've never had a report of this before but have reviewed our cooking instructions this morning and our tests have shown the instructions to be accurate.

@mgoldenbarnes @westfieldlondon @waitrose Thanks Marcus! You should be able to find them in most big Waitrose stores (although missing in some of our restaurant locals like @waitrose Shepherds Bush!). You’ll find them in the freezer. Hope that helps!
