Acuity Scheduling is currently in a scheduled maintenance window (you can follow updates at https://t.co/coGN51qwpS), which may affect their site and booking pages. Square's systems and your payments aren't affected, and you can keep taking payments in Square in the meantime. Do you mean an iPhone 18, or a phone running iOS 18? Which Square reader are you using, and what error appears?

If it’s a Bluetooth reader, update the Square app, turn on Bluetooth, then go to More > Settings > Hardware > Square Readers > Connect a Reader. Hold the reader’s button for 3–5 seconds until the lights flash orange.

@Kiki_Loves_Life We hear your concern. Some info is shared to process the transaction, similar to a card payment. To stop marketing messages, use the unsubscribe link in those emails/texts — no phone number needed. You can also ask the store directly to remove your info.

@TheMoke009 Currently, Square Kiosk supports the default language set for your account and doesn't offer a multi-language or live translation feature for customers to switch languages at the screen. This is a great suggestion though!
