@MartijnGonlag We understand why being sent between Square and Cash App is frustrating, especially when you manage the setup through Square. You need a clear path to help with your ordering handle. Please DM us with more details if you're still needing assistance and we'll help direct you. https://t.co/1BxE8pWsAW

@JimTim_Slim Can you DM us so we can grab more details from you? We'll keep a look out for your message. https://t.co/1BxE8pWsAW

@DrinkLiftGamble We're so sorry you're having trouble. We're looking into reports. Can you DM us what you're seeing and which device you're using? https://t.co/1BxE8pWsAW

@eddgimenez We just received your DM 2 minutes ago and sent a reply. That is our automated response that gives sellers a way to directly contact our Support team but we sent a reply outside of that as well directly to your DM. Please check your inbox.

Acuity Scheduling is currently in a scheduled maintenance window (you can follow updates at https://t.co/coGN51qwpS), which may affect their site and booking pages. Square's systems and your payments aren't affected, and you can keep taking payments in Square in the meantime. If Acuity is still unavailable after their maintenance ends, please contact Acuity support directly.

Do you mean an iPhone 18, or a phone running iOS 18? Which Square reader are you using, and what error appears?

If it’s a Bluetooth reader, update the Square app, turn on Bluetooth, then go to More > Settings > Hardware > Square Readers > Connect a Reader. Hold the reader’s button for 3–5 seconds until the lights flash orange.

@Kiki_Loves_Life We hear your concern. Some info is shared to process the transaction, similar to a card payment. To stop marketing messages, use the unsubscribe link in those emails/texts — no phone number needed. You can also ask the store directly to remove your info.

@RachelElizabot Hi! Sorry for the trouble. Just a heads-up: Squarespace is a separate company from Square, so they'd be the best people to help with your domains and Gmail. If you're seeing charges from Square, send us a DM with the email on your account and we'll take a look. https://t.co/1BxE8pWsAW

@TheMoke009 Currently, Square Kiosk supports the default language set for your account and doesn't offer a multi-language or live translation feature for customers to switch languages at the screen. This is a great suggestion though!

We are really sorry to hear this. For tax form corrections, call 1 [phone] and ask to be transferred to the tax reporting team — 1099 issues require a specialized team that email support may not reach. If you still run into trouble, please send us a DM and we can work to get you connected.
