@OldScouserRPing We keep all the print and PDFs separate as it's a nightmare keeping track of them. The only exception is when we run a Kickstarter for a new book, the print rewards come with the PDF as we can send them out in one go. The PDFs are pretty cheap though if that's any consolation.
