@TeamYouTube I'm getting an age verification block on my live streams despite my Google Account being verified and being well over 18. I stream without a camera and have a high-pitched voice, so I suspect a false flag. Could someone please look into this restriction?

I need to repost this again. After some more research into the legal aspect it seems Unfair competition/misappropriation could come into play here. Possible willful infringement. I am no lawyer and would love an actual lawyer to look at this.

In this situation, one of Aereo's legal defenses was to claim that they had some boilerplate in the terms and service agreement that it was ultimately up to the end user to ensure they had an appropriate license to engage in the content consumption and distribution.
This same defense is what https://t.co/1qVnyWjqjR states and has their mods in Discord parrot. Mind you court really did not like that defense.
The most damning part I found is when I checked streamers that were live to see if their VOD was being recorded. I found so many active recordings that were simultaneously going as the streamer was live.
