😭🤬 CALL TO ACTION 🙏🏼
A family’s dog is ☠️ bc a deputy opened a gate he had NO legal right to open🤬
According to KTLA and the surveillance footage now circulating publicly, a San Bernardino County Sheriff’s deputy entered a private fenced backyard on Glasgow Avenue while investigating a stolen vehicle that reportedly had absolutely NO connection to the homeowner or the property. Moments later, Daisy a family rottweiler reacting to an unknown man entering her yard was shot and K I L L E D.
No warrant, no consent, no justification.
And to make matters worse, the family was reportedly forced to pay fees to retrieve their surviving dog after this traumatic incident.
This cannot become normal !
We are calling for:
* Immediate termination of the deputy involved pending investigation
* An independent criminal investigation into the unlawful entry and shooting
* Full reimbursement of all impound and shelter fees charged to the family
* A public explanation from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department regarding what legal authority was used to enter that property
📌Do NOT stay silent, Daisy could be your dog, this could be in your yard!
Email respectfully & demand accountability:
📌Pls keep communications factual, respectful, & focused on accountability and transparency.
Daisy mattered. Families should not fear that an unlawful entry into their yard could end with their dog being killed.

Subject: Demand for Termination, Criminal Investigation, and Restitution
To whom it may concern,
I am writing to demand immediate accountability for the actions of a San Bernardino County Sheriff's deputy on May 4, 2026, at approximately 11:37 a.m. on the 7000 block of Glasgow Avenue in San Bernardino.
Surveillance footage which has been reviewed by KTLA and is now circulating widely shows a male deputy opening the gate to homeowner Jesus Serna's private, fenced backyard without a warrant, without the owner's consent, and without any lawful basis to enter. The deputy was investigating a stolen vehicle that, per reporting, had no connection whatsoever to Mr. Serna or his property.
Upon entering the yard, the deputy encountered Daisy, Mr. Serna's rottweiler, who barked and approached him, a natural, expected response from a dog defending her home from an uninvited intruder. The deputy shot and killed her.
The entry was unlawful. The shooting was the direct consequence of that unlawful entry. A family's dog is dead because a deputy chose to open a gate he had no legal right to open.
I am demanding the following:
1. TERMINATION of the deputy responsible for the unlawful entry and shooting, pending the outcome of a full independent investigation.
2. CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION by the District Attorney's Office into whether the deputy's conduct constitutes criminal trespass and/or unlawful destruction of property under California law.
3. FULL RESTITUTION to Mr. Serna of the approximately $250 in shelter fees he was forced to pay to retrieve his surviving dog, Raven — a dog that was removed from private property without cause and impounded at his expense. That Mr. Serna was charged any amount for the retrieval of his own dog, seized from his own yard during an unlawful search, is an outrage that compounds the original misconduct.
4. A PUBLIC STATEMENT from the Sheriff's Department confirming what has been reported by KTLA, that the stolen vehicle bore no connection to Mr. Serna's property, and a full explanation of what legal authority the deputy believed he had to enter that yard.
The surveillance footage is unambiguous. The public is watching, and the standard of accountability we accept here will set the precedent for what officers in this county believe they are permitted to do.
I urge you to act swiftly and transparently.
Sincerely,
#JusticeForDaisy #SanBernardinoCounty
Elon Musk just exposed the one lie every modern nation tells itself.
Musk: “In 1969, we were able to send somebody to the moon.”
Rotary phones. Computers the size of rooms. Slide rules.
We put a human on the moon with less processing power than your watch.
Musk: “Then the space shuttle retired, and the United States could take no one to orbit.”
The most advanced nation in human history went from footprints on the moon to zero capability of leaving the atmosphere.
That is not a funding problem.
That is civilizational decay dressed up as a policy decision.
Musk: “People are mistaken when they think that technology just automatically improves… it will, by itself, degrade.”
That sentence should keep you up tonight.
We treat progress like gravity. Like it pulls us forward whether we try or not.
It is the opposite.
Progress is a boulder on a hill. The second you stop pushing, it rolls back over you. And it never announces itself.
Musk: “You look at great civilizations like ancient Egypt, and they were able to make the pyramids, and they forgot how to do that.”
They did not run out of stone.
They were not conquered.
They got comfortable. And the knowledge bled out so quietly that nobody noticed until it was already gone.
That is the real threat to everything we have built.
Not a nuclear flash. Not an asteroid. Not some dramatic Hollywood collapse.
A quiet forgetting.
Every chip we fabricate. Every rocket we launch. Every data center we power. All of it held together by a thin fraction of the population working at a pace that would break most people.
The moment that fraction gets tired or outnumbered by people who believe the machine runs itself, everything dissolves.
And here is the part nobody wants to say out loud.
We are not special. We are running the same operating system as every civilization that came before us.
Comfort is the sedative. Complacency is the flatline.
One generation that stops fighting is all it has ever taken.
You do not lose the future in a war.
You lose it in your sleep.
