Could it be that someone is reporting them?

They give out vague guidelines that don’t apply to the content that is being taken down.

I would like to know exactly what is being said in the videos that are being taken down so we can adjust our content.

This has been impossible to know because I can not reach anyone. The emails that get sent are from a no-reply email. Surely there has to be a way to get in touch with a human?
