Also yeah I know this is completely different than my old content and I haven’t posted in years but I’m 18 I’m allowed to have no idea what’s going on.
I’ve started making videos about my DMing process for DnD and other games. If you all could give these videos a bit of a lift or send them to your DnD obsessed friends then I’d be super grateful.
Thanks! 😊

I know it’s been forever since I’ve posted anything and most of you probably have no idea who I am
School has really caught up to me this year, but I’m taking my last exam today and I have a really cool project to work on over break
So hi again everybody
@pjctCausality A game that knows it’s a game and breaks every convention purely for the sake of breaking conventions.
To teach the player about what they expect from a game and how they understand the purpose of games.
As artists we need to acknowledge our influences.
Make a list of art that has influenced your style and your current project.
No idea comes from the void, and by knowing where our inspiration lies we can ensure we’re putting our own spin on things as well as learn from others.

@AmAVagabond The backtracking isn’t there for the sake of backtracking (in the good ones), but there to make the world feel connected, to give you a sense of permanence and tangibility. And I think that’s something every game should strive for.
Keeping the genre alive keeps that idea alive.
Yo!
If you're following me and I don't follow you back then give me a shout in the replies, I try to keep up with all of you but I'm sure I missed a couple😆
Is anyone else’s rotation gizmo freaking out with update 3.3? The little doohickey at the top of the 3D viewport seems like it’s not working quite right. The z axis specially seems like it’s reversed when you click into orthographic.

I’ve got an interesting problem for you #indiedevs to solve,
I’m working on a project focused on mod-ability.
What’s a 3D art style that’ll look good, but can still be replicated by the everyday person?
I’ve been thinking Minecrafty? But then people might think it’s a clone.
