@_Bauzer@douche_bagginz@bungohatesus@DestinyBulletn@Sony If they wanna save the franchise have Sony sell the IP to netease and let them manage it. Bungie has shown time and time again that they dont care for it anymore. All the stuff they’re releasing now is to save face and blame sony.
@_Bauzer@douche_bagginz@bungohatesus@DestinyBulletn@Sony Different story if they actually listened to the community but they played in our faces for years now this is the end result. Its embarrassing that destiny mobile from Netease has gotten all the changes and content bungie cant do for some reason.
@DestinyBulletn Destiny has been bleeding money, they acquired them with the hopes it’ll get them into the live service market. They got played and money wasted just like they did with the other companies that acquired them. They should’ve gutted upper management from the start.
A dad says Valve has “a customer for life” after the company sent him a free replacement Steam Deck case.
He reached out to Steam Support after his baby threw up on the original case and asked if he could buy a new one.
Instead, Valve told him they had already ordered a replacement and would send it free of charge.
“Valve has a customer for life. I reached out asking if I could buy a replacement case after my newborn got sick all over mine, and they just sent one for free.”
“I know it’s a small thing, but this kind of customer service means a lot.”
@BloominBuds518@DestinyTheGame@Sony People stopped playing D2 because it fell off and the content was lacking. The core playerbase voted with their time and wallet instead of hoping bungie listens and delivers which they didnt. Cant blame the players when bungie has been slacking for years.
Excepto VALVe, nadie pensó a largo plazo.
@TillerR88@PaulTassi This exactly. Over the years they focused on a small portion of the community instead of the core fanbase. It even got to the point where they pushed them out and the small portion told them "go play something else".
@stephenj_king@DestinyBulletn Sony saved them now they're trying to blame them. Just like they did with prior acquisitions. Its not a sony issue its a bungie upper management issue. They didn't want to "over deliver" and forced the core fanbase out. This was the result. Hopefully they sell the destiny IP.
A Hungarian Steam fan was pretty mad when his brand-new Steam Controller got mistakenly shipped to the UK instead of his home.
After he reached out to support, Valve quickly apologized, explained that the mix-up had hit only a small batch of packages, and rushed to fix the delivery.
To make up for the hassle, they let him pick any standard Steam game he wanted.
He chose Forza Horizon 6 (worth around 70€) and now he’s a lifelong Valve fan.
