Fourth day in a row there are no @limebike bikes available within a 5 mile radius in the most central part of central London. What’s happening? @forestbike_uk you may be getting a new customer soon
@limebike is it normal for there to be no bikes within a 10 mi.² radius within the most central part of central London? I understand this happens during tube strikes, but there are no strikes and this is two days in a row now.
@limebike ? I’ve never considered using your rivals but this may happen. Is your new fleet all going to be this small? Is it aimed to give children some bike options?
@limebike Lovely new bikes! Why have you made them smaller though? I’m tall but not quite into the lanky goggle-eyed freak realm, but it was like riding a clown bike … albeit a very smooth-running electric clown bike.

It’s now the fourth week of walking past this leak twice a day and I’m yet to see one worker or attempt to fix it other than temp lights and sandbags. It looks like about 100 litres a minute which equates to 4million litres this far (or >25,000 baths). Urgent yet @thameswater ?
@thameswater Ok. But it’s been FOUR weeks and I’ve not seen one worker there. How is that not a priority for you? You’re just passing the blame onto SGN whilst you are aware that water is leaking at an insane rate. Do you and @SGNgas work Tues-Weds 12:00-13:00?? Bloody grafters

@thameswater I’ll give you a clue. You’ve had temporary traffic lights, barriers and a digger parked in the middle for four weeks. It’s also right in the middle of the map I sent. So it’s not really unknown to you. Trafffic backs up from Eltham Road to the A2 every day too. More clues needed?

@thameswater I presume you’ll be paying for a hotel for us - a family of five without any water for a second day now -we’ve got shits in both toilets just sat there in the Gobi desert toilet pans. before you say “we’re urgently working on it” nobody was working at 10 last night
@limebike I use your bikes in central London where the majority are battered/unusable. Every time I report them Lime apparently refunds me but I’ve just realised you don’t refund minutes when bought as part of a pass. This has been happening for about 4 months!
@limebike you keep “refunding” me when your bikes don’t work or your buggy app bugs out, but I’m on a pass and don’t seem to be having my minutes refunded. There’s no help on the app whatsoever. Please help.

Thanks for avoiding the issue. I’ve been speaking to @giftcloud for THREE MONTHS and every message takes two weeks for them to reply. They say they have to message you and you’re slow at replying. This is utterly mental. Who can I speak to that isn’t useless??
For anyone enticed into using @iD_Mobile_UK by their £35 Amazon gift vouchers, they are a complete con! I only went with them because of this, used the correct link (& screenshot during the process) and now @Giftcloud are denying me the voucher. I’ve sent proof but still no!
@INTUEvolution I bought new filters (two new filters) for my 4 in 1 Intu tap but they are different and do not fit. I spent almost £100 yet there seems zero information on you updating your filters - please help!

@Royal_Greenwich With bin collection once every two weeks, what do you expect parents of two kids in nappies to do with the faecal-ridden nappies? Currently they bake in the nice hot black bin for a fortnight gathering flies. Would you prefer me to throw them in the garden waste?
