I've been complaining to @CityofStJohns for years about the literal death-trap which is the intersection of Newtown Rd & Empire Ave, used heavily by @MemorialU students. 5 yrs ago a crosswalk/lights were on the horizon, but apparently now cancelled. So dangerous!
