The customer service at Amazon has gotten to be so ridiculously obtuse and clearly designed to defraud customers that I am canceling my Prime account and will no longer do business with Amazon.
Once again, @Ask_Spectrum, proves themselves to want to provide the world's worst customer service. Hours of being passed around with no help disconnected. The usual. My community will be discussing this at the next board meeting. Bye-bye spectrum.
@amazon No longer provides customer service hides their phone numbers. So I canceled my Prime membership. When you hide from your customers, that means you intend to rip them off. Adios, Amazon

@Ask_Spectrum they supposedly give you free streaming services but spectrum and Disney keep pointing the finger at each other and neither one is willing to do anything. So time to get rid of spectrum since they're the ones I pay

@Macy's has become a joke of a company. No customer service, weeks to get things straightened out and then they compound the error by making it worse. Nobody in their right mind would shop with you. No wonder you have to close stores. Customer service is non-existent.
