@UKGamesExpo Your website has a conflict of information regarding COVID testing. One part asks for people to do tests but you won’t be checking them but the next part says everyone attending must have a negative test.
Surely people would be more confident if tests were mandatory?

@Hermesparcels Appalling service! Tracking a parcel to be delivered by Hermes which hasn’t moved from main depot since 1st Feb. Both sender and I raised tickets to report but Hermes closed them without contacting either of us. Can’t call because it won’t take my tracking number!

The tracker just updated to delayed for no reason. Called customer services who said that they’d get the depot to put off for sat delivery and get the depot to call me Friday evening. No call from depot and now parcel shows as out for delivery Monday! Absolute joke

@DHLParcelUK DHL are the worst delivery company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. 6 mths ago they lost a parcel as they delivered it to an address .5 mile away from my actual address. Now I have a parcel that was supposed to be delivered yesterday with more problems
