@LoganMohtashami@HCapLonghorn She just went on Adam’s podcast again saying the same shit. The top comment was “it’s always next year” Doesn’t it seem strange doesn’t bring you on? 🤔
@NewsLambert I think we need to bring back the saying “Real estate is local”.Because the Northeast and Midwest won’t be back to 2019 levels till the end of the decade. And honestly will probably be even longer than that.
@EliJames27@Sports1RandyMac@theblockspot Because he was a 4 year starter. The only other 4 year starter on that list is Kenny Pickett. Plus Purdy sat most of his first year and could just watch and learn.
@LoganMohtashami So the only way to solve housing affordability is time. Time for pay increases and this is a big hope, lower interests rates. And hoping some inventory becomes unlocked and building doesn't go even more negative than it has. Also lets hope prices don't make any major moves up
@GuyDealership I don't really care where or how. Just give me the price out the door and i'll handle the rest. Also at MSRP or even below would be cool.
@MidwestBldrGuy@RickPalaciosJr@koakley81 Was going to ask this same question. Northeast and Midwest unsold is probably going down. They have never built in those places. Most is situated in Sunbelt and the South.
@NewsLambert @ResidentialClub So red is the places that building happens. And blue is where it doesn’t happen. Do you have numbers of new construction per capita laid over this chart?
