Powering the Nation : Railways augmenting Coal Supply

IR has augmented the transportation of Coal through Railways by a record 111 Million Tonnes & loaded a record 653 Million Tonnes of coal as compared to 542 Million Tonnes in the previous year i.e. a growth of 20.4%.

भारतीय रेल द्वारा उठाए गए कदमों की वजह से ही कोयला लदान में सितंबर, 2021 से मार्च, 2022 के मध्�� 32% तक की बढ़ोतरी दर्ज की गई है। साथ ही अप्रैल, 2022 में कोयला आपूर्ति में रिकॉर्ड 10% से अधिक की वृद्धि हुई है।

Indian Railways has ramped up the coal transportation resulting in 32% more coal freight loading between Sept' 21 - March' 22.
There has also been an increase in 10% freight, by efficiently mobilizing resources after April' 22.
