Toby can supervise the job with the translator on the right, asking questions and answering on both sides to be vision-accurate.

Toby argument is "i don't know how to speak the language", you don't have to. That's why you hire a translator.

Is not imposible and not even a requeriment speak the language to supervise a translation. The translator job is break any barrier.
