Over the last 2 days, we had 130+ @RHSProsper staff members give up some of their summer to start laying the foundation for the work we are going to do this fall.

We became crystal clear on our fundamental purpose as a campus, and we made great strides toward developing an inspirational vision for what we will become over the next 5 years.

I am so proud of this staff, and I can’t wait to share all of their hard work with our community.

You know, this year I didn’t really do a norm discussion or share expectations. We just started on Zoom, and I assumed my students already knew how to “behave”—which they did. Sometimes we teachers overcomplicate & condescend rather than recognize our students are almost adults.
